The core members of The HT Powerbroker's team are made up of “Topor” family members who all have a real estate, finance, mortgage and/or management background. Our last name is pronounced Toe-Per.

We love helping people acquire homes with no credit, bad credit or just want to keep their home acquisitions confidential.

We also provide professional assistance to people, with traditional mortgages who want to pay their mortgage off in up to 1/3 to 1/2 less time with little, to no effect on their monthly expenses. We accomplish this through a unique program called the Money Merge Account. Our team has trained and currently manages a team of over 120 mortgage brokers that use the "Money Merge Account" to help their clients save money and pay their existing mortgages off in record time.
